Pleas fill in the registration form and submit as indicated. Note the deadlines for early registration (30 May 2007). Registration is considered valid only after reception of payment.

The full fee and the student fee comprise documentation, book of abstracts in electronic format on a USB Flash Drive, admission to all sessions, welcome reception and coffee breaks. The full fee also includes a “Mozart concert” and a conference banquet. The student extra fees are 40 Euro for participation at the conference banquet, and 35 EUR for the concert. Participants claiming a Student Status are requested to provide respective evidence.

Please note that the registration fee does not include any kind of insurance.

Thanks to the courtesy of Unilever, a limited number of travel grants is available for participants from economically less priviledged countries. Detailed information is given in the section Conference and Travel Grants.

Payment of registration fee

The registration fee may be paid by either bank transfer to bank account “MAF-Salzburg”, IBAN: AT68 1200 0525 6661 8801, BIC/SWIFT: BKAUATWW (Bank Austria Creditanstalt). Payments also may be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). All transfer or currency conversion fees has to be covered by the registrant. Make sure that the respective name(s) are included in the message accompanying the transfer.

Cancellation of registration

In the event of cancellation of participation, a full refund of the fee paid (minus 100 EUR administrative charges) will be made, provided notification is received before 15 July 2007. After this date and until 30 Aug. 2007, the refund will be of 75% of the fee paid (after substraction of 100 EUR administrative charges). After 30 Aug. 2007, no refund is possible. All refunds will be settled after the conference.
